The University of Wisconsin, Madison Medical Radiation Research Center (UWMRRC) contracted with Andy Jalbert to coordinate the graphics for a large trade show booth for the annual American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) meeting in various cities throughout the US. We were initially looking only for photographs to be taken by Andy for inclusion in the main booth graphic, but when it became known that he also could provide assistance with the overall graphics design, we jumped at the chance to work with him.  Andy’s portfolio of Madison, WI photographs were unlike any we had seen before. His attention to detail and ease to work with made the entire project painless for us. Andrew Jalbert was just the ticket to capture the Elumenati Omnifocus Projection System installed for the Blue Marble Campaign at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center.  Our challenge of having the photos reflect the magic of the circular room where the universe wraps the viewer was accomplished. He was able to not only achieve this he surpassed all expectations.  Andrew listened to the customer needs, presented a plan and then made it happen; all while not disturbing normal business for the Center.  It was a pleasure to work with Andrew and would highly recommend him as a fun professional that gets the job done!

We hired Andy for a promotional shoot of our crews while they were performing installation work.  This sounds a lot easier than it really is since our work is often in tight spaces that can be dark dirty, and extremely difficult to photograph.  That did not stop Andy from crawling right in.  He captured great images that illustrate what actually happens during an insulation job.  Our crews did not feel like he was in the way of them doing their job, and in fact enjoyed working with him.  We are very happy with the results and have gotten compliments from our website and marketing designers as well.

We were recently confronted with the challenge of photo documenting effigy mounds ranging up to 200 feet in length for a national register nomination.
